I create exteriors and interiors in a wide range of styles and directions. The final cost of a 3D visualization depends on the complexity of the chosen style and the scope of work.
For convenience, I roughly divide projects into two categories based on the level of detail: modern and classic.
All services can be adjusted or combined according to your preferences.
Workflow Stages — Interior Visualization:
How I Work?
Stage 1 — Approval and Analysis
The process begins with a detailed analysis of your brief and clarification of all necessary points. If information is missing, I may request additional details. It is important that the interior concept, on which you base the brief, is pre-approved by your client.
After reviewing the project, a 50% prepayment is required.
All necessary materials should include at least 90% of the ready content and be sent in a single email.
Keep in mind that the more precise the brief, the fewer clarifications and questions will be needed, allowing you to focus on other tasks.
Please send the brief as a single file, email, or archive. Be sure to include all links to 3D models from 3ddd or the manufacturer, as well as materials and textures. Drawings are accepted in PDF and DWG formats. Other elements can be provided in any format convenient for you — hand sketches, mood boards, presentations, or even a board.

Stage 2 — Project Development
Within 1–4 days*, the first draft renders are prepared and sent to you for preliminary approval as interactive sketches.
During the interactive render stage, the designer can make up to two rounds of adjustments**.
After revisions, medium-resolution sketches are created, suitable for client presentation (1200 pixels on the longest side).
Once approved by the client, an additional round of adjustments is made, and the updated medium-resolution renders are sent again for presentation.
When the project is finally approved, high-resolution renders are prepared. Before sending the final files, the remaining 50% payment is made, along with any additional adjustments*** and modeling of complex objects, if such tasks arise.

Stage 3 — Final Delivery: What You Receive
All approved images are delivered in final high resolution: 2000 pixels on the longest side, with 3% noise level + post-production. Different lighting scenarios are possible, depending on the interior.
You will receive a link to a cloud storage folder containing visualizations of all rooms — detailed, photorealistic renders that accurately convey your concept. And, without a doubt, they will bring you the most positive emotions :)
